Everyone one has a story that got them to natural health. Marybeth has always leaned to a holistic lifestyle. In 1996 she bought a horse farm outside rural Minnesota. With in days of moving on to the property she was bitten by a tick and contracted Lyme Disease. Weeks of mysterious body ache, fatigue, vomiting, nausea would finally reveal the diagnosis. Then came the months of repeated antibiotics. Nothing really had lasting effects till her lifestyle turned holistic and she started took control of her health. There are no cures for Lyme Disease but through a change in diet that limits processed foods, fun sweat activities, eating a diet rich in essential fatty acids, and appropriate remedies, supplements daily yoga, she continues to be healthy. Her passion is to help others achieve the same level of health she has enjoyed.

Marybeth's first degree was in Criminal Justice with a strong emphasis in science. For twenty years she worked in mental health. In 1991 she entered massage school in St.Paul. From that moment on the art of holistic health, healing touch, and thinking about health outside of traditional means came to the forefront. Massage opened doors, confronted old theories of thinking and brought Chinese Medicine to her life. In 2004 she returned to college for a nursing degree and ten year stint at a world class hospital in Rochester Minnesota. Those years working at a teaching hospital were not wasted and only proved that the world is moving toward a holistic approach. During her tenure she witnessed the use of massage for cardiac patients after surgery, massage to help laboring mothers, essential oils in the form of aromatherapy for nausea/pain/sleep, and that institutions first acupuncturist. In 2014 she returned to northern Minnesota and her massage practice. By 2018 she had completed her BSN and graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health with a Doctor of Naturopathy degree. In the fall of 2018 she will sit for her national boards.
